I Love coleslaw and wanted to make it at home. It's simple, but I can't stop eating it. It's popular in my family.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gramsCabbage
  2. 1/2 tspSalt
  3. 1 sliceHam
  4. 2 tbspMayonnaise
  5. 1 tbspLemon juice
  6. 1 tspParsley (fresh or dried)
  7. 2 tbspCorn

Cooking Instructions

    Shred the cabbage. Add the 1/2 teaspoon of salt and combine well. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

    Squeeze out the water from the cabbage well. The more you squeeze out, the better it will taste. Julienne the ham.

  3. 3

    Add the lemon juice, mayonnaise, ham and corn to the cabbage and combine. Add the finely chopped parsley and it's done.
