Meat and Veggie Filled Miso & Lettuce Wraps

It's my child's favorite dish.
Prepare and combine all of the ingredients beforehand so that you can make this in one go. It's fine to use ground meat but it's easier to chop up thinly sliced meat since the pieces will be larger and easier to eat. Plus, there will be less fat. If serving to adults, add gochujang red chili paste! Recipe by LaLaHappy1

Meat-Miso with Lots of Vegetables - Use in Lettuce Wraps Meat-Miso with Lots of Vegetables - Use in Lettuce Wraps
This is a family recipe that makes me feel nostalgic!I seasoned the meat-miso rather strongly, since it is eaten with lettuce .You can use vegetables aside from those listed in the ingredients, but be aware that vegetables with a lot of water content will make this soggy. When making this with ingredients such as white onions cut into strips, kimchi, steamed chicken, etc., try this out with chunbing (spring pancake) in place of lettuce . Carrot and Green Bean Pork Wraps Carrot and Green Bean Pork Wraps
I was thinking about making ginger pork saute but then inspiration hit me ...I should make meat wraps!! These are my new favorites You can make them with whatever leftovers you have in the refrigerator ( ˇ ←)If you sprinkle the flour on right before cooking, the rolls will brown nicely. Some fat will come out of the pork; soaking it up with a paper towel will keep it from being too oily. When eating these as snacks to accompany alcohol, cooking them with garlic will make them even better. If you're making these for kids, add some cheese - they will love it. I had a dish like this at a restaurant. If you thicken the mixture well with the potato starch, it should hold together. If you season the meat, it will go very well with the lettuce. Recipe by Pukuttopukumaru cookpad.japan -
Chrysanthemum Green Beef Wraps Chrysanthemum Green Beef Wraps
I had a bunch of chrysanthemum greens that were harvested in the countryside. It's so easy and yet fancy. A magic recipe that makes this simple recipe look so complicated. Also good to pack in bentos.Nothing really - it's so simple. Sprinkling soy sauce on the chrysanthemum greens and maitake on Step 1 improves and sharpens the taste. You could use spinach instead. Or use pork instead of beef. Recipe by Yu-tantan cookpad.japan -
