Ingredients

  1. 2large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  2. 1 cupmixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, carrots), thinly sliced

  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Juice of 1 lemon
  8. 4large flour tortillas
  9. 1 cupshredded lettuce
  10. 1/2 cupgrated cheddar cheese
  11. 1/4 cupGreek yogurt or sour cream (optional)
  12. Sliced lemon wedges for serving
