Ingredients

15 minutes

  1. 1 packSpaghetti
  2. Water
  3. Beef/ chicken stock
  4. Scotch bonnet, tomatoes, tattase, onions, garlic
  5. leavesCumin,black pepper, coriander, bay leaves
  6. Tomato paste
  7. Seasoning
  8. Oil

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    1-Blend the tomatoes, onions, garlic and peppers until smooth. Pour into a pot and boil on medium heat until, it has thickened and looks like a paste.(stir occasionally to prevent it from burning)

  2. 2

    2-add some vegetable oil to your pan, add in oinons, fry for a minute, add in some tomato paste fry till tomato paste sweetens, add in cumin, coriander,black pepper and bay leaves fry for additional minutes

  3. 3

    3-pour in your boiled sauce into the pan add in your seasonings
    Fry for 15 mins add some beef/chicken stock

  4. 4

    Pour the boiled spaghetti into the sauce, combine well and stir for some minutes.. cover and allow to simmer for 3mins
