My Rich And Meaty Spaghetti Bolognaise 💜

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspOlive oil
  2. 500 gramsMinced Beef
  3. 1medium onion
  4. 3 clovesgarlic chopped small
  5. 160 gramsSmoked pork Sausage chopped small
  6. 2Beef stock cube or bouillon
  7. 2 cansChopped Tomatoes
  8. 1/4 tspBlack Pepper
  9. 1 pinchSalt
  10. 2 tbsptomato purée
  11. 1 cancold water
  12. 2bay Leaves
  13. 1/4 tspBasil
  14. 1/4 cupRed wine

    Ingredients

    Heat up the oil in large fry pan or wok

  3. 3

    When oil is hot, add onions fry for 1 minute then add the garlic

  4. 4

    Add the meat to the onions and fry for 10 minutes. Then add the red wine let it bubble on high for 2 minutes. Then turn down let it simmer in the fry pan for 5 minutes

    While the beef is frying add the tomatoes to a large saucepan and the can of water and heat up

    Add the two beef bouillon or cubes to the tomato and stir in, then the bay leaves and basil and stir in

    When the meat is ready, add it to the heated tomato in the saucepan and mix well. When boiling, turn down and simmer on low for 20 minutes

    After 20 mins of the meat simmering add the smoked pork sausage and add the salt and pepper stir leave for a further 10 minutes simmering

    Add the tomato purée to the meat to thicken stir in.

    Boil water in a large saucepan then add a pinch of salt and add enough spaghetti for 4 people. Make sure the water is an inch clear of the spaghetti.

    Drop in the dried spaghetti and boil

    Drain off the water off the spaghetti and dry off, then add the spaghetti to the to the meat in the pan. Stir in all the spaghetti and it's done, serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top
