Cooking Instructions

Cut onions and tomatoes and fry, add in spices,salt, vegetables, ginger and garlic then add in preboiled minced meat. Stir well and let it cook.

Meanwhile peel potatoes, boil and mash adding butter in it.

Grease a baking tin then add in the minced meat{ not too runny} then add grated cheese, add the mashed potatoes on top followed by grated cheese, let it bake until the top browns.

Also sometimes if I'm grocery shopping and the already made like bob Evans are a bogo I'll buy and freeze and use one for this meal just helps on a weekday!

I get tired of shepherds pie being made with beef which is actually cottage pie, but I did use sweet potatoes traditional shepherds pie is made with potatoes thus just shepherds pie no cheese thats a thing in the States, lol!!!
