Cooking Instructions

Mix salt, sugar, baking powder, yeast in flour. Add milk, oil and water to make soft dough.

Take a pan add 1 tblspn oil fry garlic. Add chicken minced and fry. When chicken changes its colour add veggies.

Add spices soya sauce, chilli, sauce and cook for 5 mnts.

When its well cooked. Cool it and add ketchup.

Material is ready.

When dough rises make 5 to 6 perras.

Take 1 pera roll it with rolling pin prick it with fork. Add layer of chicken then add cheese and bind it as it.

Now place the paras in greased pan and brush it with egg. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and kalonji.

Bake it in preheated oven at 180 temp for 20 mnts.
