Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. Onion powder (to taste)
  3. Garlic powder (to taste)
  4. Paprika (to taste)
  5. Salt & Pepper to taste
  6. 2 tspDijon mustard
  7. 2 tbspWhite wine vinegar
  8. Up to 8 oz sour cream
  9. 4 cupsuncooked wide egg noodles
  10. Sliced mushrooms (optional)
  11. 4 cupsbeef broth

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef and all seasonings but Dijon and vinegar and brown. Drain access fat.

    Add the mushrooms and Dijon and stir for 3-5 minutes

    Add the broth, vinegar, and egg noodles. Bring to a boil and allow sauce to thicken. Once absorbed removed from heat and mix in as much sour cream you prefer and stir.

    Serve immediately garnished with parsley and thyme. Enjoy
