Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. Bell pepper
  3. Scotch bonnet
  4. Eggs
  5. Onion
  6. Garlic and ginger
  7. Salt and maggi
  8. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel,dice and cook yam till the yam become soft

  2. 2

    Blend pepper with ginger and garlic and dice onions,add little oil and seasoning,curry and fry on a low heat

  3. 3

    Mash cooked yam add seasoning and fried pepper and mix everything together

  4. 4

    Wash hand and rub oil on palms and scoop small amount of yam mixture to form a ball

  5. 5

    Break eggs and add salt and whisk

  6. 6

    Put the yams balls in the egg and turn it until the balls are mixed with the egg

  7. 7

    Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown

  8. 8

    Serve it hot with any sauce of your choice
