Churn steam rice with water. And make a smooth paste.

Now roast sooji on slow mid. Flame30-40min.
Turn off flame.
Allow it to cool.
Now nix Rice paste salt and curd. Add water to adjust consistancy. Mix properly.Add eno pouch Beat with hand one side. - 3
Grease idli mould with oil. Fill idli mould with batter.Keep in a steamer Cover and steam 10-12min.
Take out idli mould. Leave it 2more n. And demould.Healthy Idli is ready to serve. Serve with chutney snd sambhar.
