Ingredients

  1. 2 Cupsleftover Steamed Rice
  2. 1.5 CupsWater
  3. 1.5 CupsCurd
  4. 2 CupsSooji
  5. As Per TasteSalt
  6. 1Eno pouch
  7. As RequiredChutney Sambhar to Serve

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Churn steam rice with water. And make a smooth paste.

    Now roast sooji on slow mid. Flame30-40min.
    Turn off flame.
    Allow it to cool.
    Now nix Rice paste salt and curd. Add water to adjust consistancy. Mix properly.Add eno pouch Beat with hand one side.

    Grease idli mould with oil. Fill idli mould with batter.Keep in a steamer Cover and steam 10-12min.
    Take out idli mould. Leave it 2more n. And demould.

    Healthy Idli is ready to serve. Serve with chutney snd sambhar.
