  8. onion pulp
  9. Scotchbonnets
  10. onions
  11. Fresh garlic

  14. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash & chop the beef, add vegetable oil to fry

  2. 2

    Add garlic & fry till brownish

  3. 3

    Add the pulp

  4. 4

    Add sliced onion and keep frying.

  5. 5

    Add the sliced carrot chopped green beans, green pepper & peas.

  6. 6

    Add the peeled washed Irish potatoes.

  7. 7

    Add the seasoning cubes, salt, mixed spices & curry

  8. 8

    Add hot water & cook until soft, add & enjoy 💃
