Wash the chicken parts with lime to remove dirt and odour

Put into a container, using a knife make tiny holes on them, add seasoning, mixed spices, ginger and garlic paste and curry mix very well to make sure the chicken is well coated, marinate for 1 hour

After 1 hour, break the eggs into a bowl, whisk, bring the flour and bread crumbs(mixed with little seasoning and curry) on a plate

Coat a piece of the chicken with the flour, dipinto the egg and finally coat with bread crumbs

Do so to the remaining parts, deep fry in a hot oil under medium heat till golden

It taste really good, very soft and flavourful, my hubby was surprised, it was very soft like you cooked it before frying😅

Served mine with stir fry twist macaroni and the leftover with rice and beans 😋
