Ingredients

15-30 minutes
1-4 servings
  1. 1 tbspolive oil
  2. 2 tbspsesame oil
  3. 2 tspminced garlic
  4. 1 tbspgokuchan paste
  5. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  6. Sprouts (fresh if possible)
  7. 1-3cakes rice ramen / or noodles of choice
  8. 1green onion diced
  9. 1soft boiled egg (my recipe to come asap, very easy)
  10. 1Protein / Shroom / tofu
  11. Sesame seeds to top (tuxedo for fun)
  12. Pepper (to your liking)
  13. Sea Salt (to your liking)
  14. .5 cupRamen/chicken/won ton broth

Cooking Instructions

15-30 minutes

    Add water and a pinch of salt to a sauce pan. Fill it about half way and bring to a boil.

    Add your Ramen/noodles and boil for about 5 minutes, then bring to a simmer.

    When Ramen is done, drain and rinse with cold water. Hold in colander.

  4. 4

    At the same time in another sauce pan, add your oils and heat.

  5. 5

    When oil is hot, add minced garlic and let it sizzle & pop for about 2 minutes. Then bring to about half heat.

    Add gokuchan, salt, pepper, soy sauce, protein/shroom, sprouts to the oil and let simmer for about 5 minutes.

    Add broth and let low simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add noodles and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat to let the noodles absorb some of the broth. Let sit for about 10 minutes.

    Serve and add half sliced soft boiled egg, sesame seeds, greens & green onion.
