Ingredients

  1. 100 gmwheat flour
  2. 50 gmall-purpose flour
  3. 1 tbspajwain
  4. 1 TSPcumin powder
  5. as per taste Salt
  6. 1 TSPkasuri methi
  7. as per tasteRed chilli powder
  8. 1crush beetroot

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel the beetroot. Cut it into pieces or you can grate it also

    In a blender jar add required water and blend it well.

    In a bowl or parat take wheat flour and all-purpose flour add this beetroot slurry to it along with salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder,kasuri methi and knead it well.

    Our smooth dough is ready to roll. Divide this dough in round peda and roll it like small chapati.

    In a pan heat cooking oil and dip these chapati one by one into it.cook it from both sides.

    Our beetroot masala Puri are ready to serve.you can serve it with any dry spicy veggie or curd.
