Ingredients

  2. 1/2 cupyogurt
  3. 1/2 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  4. 2-3 pinchesblack pepper powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoonred chili powder
  6. Black salt to taste
  7. 1 cupwater for boiling the beetroot

    Wash the beetroot thoroughly and boil it with half a cup of water. After 10 minutes, remove it to a plate and let it cool. Press it with your hands to mash or grate it.

    Next, whisk the yogurt and mix in all the ingredients: roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, black salt, and red chili powder.
