Ingredients

  1. 1/2Simas butter
  2. 1/2 cupicing sugar
  3. 1/4 cupmilk
  4. 1 cupflour
  5. Sprinkles (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Cream butter using a whisk until pale and light in color

    Add icing sugar and continue creaming

  3. 3

    Add the milk and flour and mix everything together using a wooden spoon

  4. 4

    Cut into small balls and flatten using your hand, then use a fork to make a design on the cookies

  5. 5

    Line a baking tray with patchement paper and arrange your cookies on it and add your sprinkles. Refrigerate for 15 minutes

    Pre heat your oven for 15 minutes and then bake your cookies on low heat for 15-20 minutes

  7. 7

    Serve with a hot cup of tea or juice of your choice.. I served mine with a hot spicy mint leaves tea
