Ingredients

  1. Halfgreen bell pepper
  2. 1 packshrimp
  3. 3 piecescelery
  4. Halfcarrot
  5. 5 piecesgarlic
  6. 2 pcsginger
  7. 1 tspsoy sauce
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. 1 tspwine
  10. 1little water
  11. Pinchblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate shrimp with sflt and cooking wine for five mins.

  2. 2

    Heat wok then stir fry shrimp until color changes to orange. Then remove and set aside.

    In the same wok add oil then saute ginger and garlic until aromatic.

  4. 4

    Then add all veggies splash a little water and flavour with soy sauce and black pepper.

  5. 5

    Mix well then cook until done. Put in shrimp mix then transfer in a plape. Enjoy eating☺
