Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 4 cupsrice
  2. water
  3. carrot
  4. green beans
  5. peas
  6. cupoil1
  7. heedah spices
  8. White vinegar
  9. Live half kilo
  10. onions
  11. scotch bonnet
  12. cabbage
  13. sweet corn
  14. Baked beans
  15. Bama

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rice for 1 hour and then wash it with hot water and drain it.

    While the rice is draining cut the vegetables and wash them with white vinegar and allow to drain

  3. 3

    Then cook the liver and dice it and fry it. the add in the diced vegetables

  4. 4

    Fry the vegetable lightly.

    Get a pot and fry the rice add in thyme and heedah curry powder. then cook the chicken and keep the stock aside

  6. 6

    Mix the vegetables and the rice.

    Add in some seasoning then allow to come to boil and add in the rice to cook

    Then add in scotch bonnet and onions add in thestock from the cooked chicken

  9. 9

    Then add in some stock add the chicken and allow to seamer

  10. 10

    Fry the cooked chicken and then get a pan out some oil and then add in scotch bonnet and diced onion

  11. 11

    For the coleslow Cut the cabbage wash and drain get a bowl and add in the ingredients
