Scones Made With Yeast & Avocado Scones Made With Yeast & Avocado
I wanted to try making some scones that contain no oil. They aren't very sweet, so try serving them with honey if you like. When you put the mixture in the refrigerator, the avocado will change colour a little, but that's fine! Recipe by marere cookpad.japan -

Whole Wheat Square Loaf - Perfect for Sandwiches Whole Wheat Square Loaf - Perfect for Sandwiches
I thought this up because I wanted to make some delicious sandwich bread. This time I want to leave the taste of the whole wheat flour intact, so I am using shortening, which is unflavored and unscented. It seems that it is also good to use shortening to grease the pan.If the dough starts to overflow during the second rising, gently press it down and cover with the lid. 100% Whole Wheat Oil-Free Bread 100% Whole Wheat Oil-Free Bread
I decided not to use other oil in this recipe for a number of reasons: I'm on a diet, I want to make sure I eat enough fibre, and I also want to enjoy this read with olive oil. I made a normal bread dough with whole wheat flour, cut out the butter and lengthened the proving time to get a nice fluffy loaf.Make sure to prevent the bread dough from drying out at any point by spraying it with water etc. Since this recipe is oil-free, the bread tends to dry out quickly, so make sure to eat this bread as early as possible or store it somewhere where it can retain it's moisture. I use whole wheat bread (strong) flour. Recipe by Rurumiko cookpad.japan -
Flower-Shaped Sandwich Rolls Flower-Shaped Sandwich Rolls
This is a variation of the popular "Whole Wheat Buns: Homemade Mos Burger Style Burger" -- in the shape of a wreath that you can rip apart.I changed the recipe a bit and made it egg-free. Fragrant bread goes well with everything. The cute flower shape is great for parties.Since this is a very light and fluffy bread, I've lined the mold with some paper half-heartedly to prevent the bread from sticking even if the mold is greased too - but you can omit this if you like. When cutting into the bread in Step 9, be careful not to cut all the way through. For one 18 cm [7.1 in] bundt cake mold. Recipe by Youtank cookpad.japan
