Ingredients

  1. 2finely chopped onions
  2. 1 tbsppeanut oil
  3. As Per TasteSalt
  4. 1 tspred kashmiri chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspasafoetida
  6. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, add finely chopped onions, salt and red chili powder

  2. 2

    Now heat peanut oil in a tadka pan

  3. 3

    Once it gets hot add asafoetida, cook for 5 to 10 seconds now pour this aromatic hot oil on the onion mixture

  4. 4

    Mix everything well, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves

  5. 5

    Kanda chutney is ready to serve. It can be served with chapati
