Ingredients

  1. Liver (any kind you like)
  2. Garlic (small slices)
  3. Oregano
  4. Salt
  5. Seasoning
  6. Peppers (red and scotch bonnets chopped)
  7. Onion (chopped)
  8. Lemon
  9. Thyme
  10. Chilli powder
  11. Ginger powder
  12. Curry powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat your oven. Lay a sheet of aluminum foil paper over a baking tray and grease with little bit oil. Wash the liver thoroughly, slice it into pieces.

    Pat the liver with salt,garlic, peppers, oil, lemon, onion as well as other spices and herbs.

  3. 3

    Place the liver pieces on the baking tray and add little water.

  4. 4

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10-15mins. Remove the aluminum foil and continue baking until it's golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy.
