Ingredients

  1. 250 gmbaesan
  2. 4 tbsprice flour
  3. 1 tbsplal mirch
  4. 1/4 tspHaldi
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. 1/2 tspCrushed red chilli (kutti Hoi lal mirch)
  7. 1 tspCrushed dhaniya
  8. 1 tspWhite zeera
  9. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  10. 1/2 cupShredded cabbage
  11. 1small size shredded potato
  12. 3-4Sliced green chilli
  13. 1small size sliced onion
  14. 1small size Shimla mirch
  15. 1/2 cupSliced Palak
  16. Water as per need
  17. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl, add beasan and rice flour in it.

    Add all the spices in baesan.

  3. 3

    With the help of water make a thick paste of baesan.

  4. 4

    Now add all the vegetables and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Heat the oil in a wok (karahi) and pour the batter of pakora with the help of hand or you may use spoon as well. Fry till golden in colour.

    Take out on the absorbent paper. Enjoy it with garam-a-garam chai😋
