Ingredients

  1. 1 cuproasted rava/ sooji
  2. 2 cupwater
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  5. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1 tbspurad / chana dal
  7. 1onion(chopped)
  8. 1tomato (chopped)
  9. 2green chillies (chopped)
  10. 7-8curry leaves
  11. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tbsplemon juice
  13. As requiredCoriander
  14. as requiredSugar
  15. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and jeera to it. Let them splutter. Add dal,curry leaves and green chilli to it. Add chopped onion and saute well.

    Add tomatoes and saute until it becomes soft. Then add turmeric powder. Add sugar and salt as per taste. Add roasted rava to it. Mix it well.

    Pour boiling water to it. Add lemon juice. Mix well.
    Garnish with coriander.

    Serve hot.
