  1. 4 cupsrice
  2. 4tables spoon of butter
  3. Carrot your desire quantity
  4. bowlGreen beans small
  5. Cabbage
  6. Lettuce
  7. 4boiled eggs
  8. Salt
  9. For stew
  10. 2cups
  11. 1medium bowlTomatoes
  12. 10medium Red pepper
  13. 5Scotch bonnet
  14. 1 teaspoongarlic paste
  15. 2big Oninos
  16. 10Maggi
  17. 1 table spoonpowder ginger + cloves + black pepper
  18. halfteaspoon Nutmeg
  19. 1 teaspoonMeat and offal mix spices
  20. Meat your desire quantity
  21. 4 table spoon of powder crayfish
  22. 1teaspoonCurry

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash all your vegetables.and slices them keep them aside.

    In a clean boiled your water.add salt.then wash your rice and add it to the boiling water.cook for 20 mintues.then bring your frying pan add your butter went it melt add your cook rice stir for 5 _10 mintues on a low heat.your rice. Is done. Steam your carrots and green beans.

    For stew wash your meat.put it inside put add,your spices,Maggi salt and onion s.until tender.

    While your meat is on fire. Wash your tomatoes,red, pepper, Scotch bonnet,onions and blend it. boiled your tomatoes mixture for 10_ 15 mintues to remove the raw smell.

    In a pot add your palm oil and fry with onion.add your tomatoes paste,your meat stock,meat.all inside the pot.use pistol and mortar to blend your garlic, crayfish and nutmeg.add it to your stew.add your ginger powder, seasoning cook for 20 mintues on a medium heat.
