The name says it all. It's a two ingredient magic that can be whipped up on any day and at any time as well. It's that easy and effortlessly done. Not only is that yummy, it is absolutely healthy and a guilt free Snacking idea.
This one is sure to impress your little one's and make them go for it on any day. The best part is that it can be stored in airtight containers and enjoyed as needed. I have used Kimia Dates for this. You can use any variety of them that are easily available to you.
This can be a great option for everyday Snacking. An afterschool quick munchie or a super delicious and a healthy Brunch on a weekend as well. The list is endless.
I usually pack these in their Lunchboxes too so that they can have them during the short break. And it's perfectly okay to eat these on a daily basis as the growing children needs lots of nutritional goodness in their diet.

Definitely delicious and a great energy restorer after heavy workouts or cardio. You'll be tempted to even eat it as a dessert after any meal. ;) (**Disclaimer: I would highly suggest you not eat these bars or other items with protein powder in them unless having been doing intense physical activity, for they can be very unhealthy if eaten on a lazy day.) Kale with Peanut Butter Kale with Peanut Butter
I'm eating kale every day, prepared with different recipes. But almost all of the recipes I've seen only use the leaves. I wanted to eat the hard stems somehow, so I tried to boil them. They turned out very well, without any bitterness. When you make a kale recipe which doesn't use the stems, keep them for this recipe. Boil them to remove their bitterness and soften them. I used smooth peanut butter this time, but you can also use crunchy peanut butter if you want some texture. For about 1 serving. Recipe by Kazeno tanino tepa cookpad.japan -

Peanut Butter Cups Peanut Butter Cups
Peanut butter is Canada's equivalent to Japan's anko (red bean paste)! I made these for my Canadian partner. Referencing a few recipes in English on the internet, I came up with my own original. Did you know that ET ate Reese's Pieces in the movie?Since it's like eating peanut butter straight, Japanese people might experience a culture shock. It's not for everyone. For those who haven't tried the Reese's version, I recommend starting out by making only a small amount, then make it again if it goes over well. It's a high-calorie sweet, so be careful not to eat too many. Recipe by VitaminY cookpad.japan -
Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cookies Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cookies
I made some peanut butter cookies for a peanut butter-loving friend by referencing a foreign recipe site. I made it many times, adjusting the combination of ingredients, until I came up with just the right balance that everyone loves. The corn starch gives it a great, crunchy texture. It's soft and fluffy when just baked (so soft, you won't be able to move them around). That's why you should be sure to let it cool on the paper before handling them. If they break apart while they're still warm, you can try forming them back together again and rearranging the shapes. If you let it sit for a day, the flavors will settle. Crazy Peanut Butter Popcorn Crazy Peanut Butter Popcorn
This popcorn is my favorite snack ever. It's best over salty popcorn but you can put the sauce over any popcorn. It makes extra sauce so you can put all of it over the popcorn or use it to dip fruit in later. misssarahkaye1213 -
Easy Peanut Butter Fudge Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
Found this gem at "simplejoy.com" and it was originally made on the stovetop. However, I decided to make mine in the microwave, as other fudge recipes do just fine that way. 🤷🏻♀️👌*See their website for stovetop directions. 😏👍 I also didn't have peanut butter chips so I used white chocolate chips instead. This fudge still came out peanut buttery & creamy and was absolutely delicious! 🤤😍 #peanutbutterfudge #fudge #holidaytreats #peanutbutterlovers Chef Mommy Nessa -
