  1. 1 cupspinach chopped
  2. 1 cupsoaked yellow moong dal
  3. 2 tbspgramflour
  4. 1 tbspsemolina
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1/4 tspsoda
  8. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the moong dal for 3hrs. Blend it

  2. 2

    Add spinach to the blended moong dal

  3. 3

    Add gramflour and semolina, salt, redchill powder, soda and mix well

  4. 4

    Deep fry on medium flame and serve hot with chutney or tea
