Dip moong dal for atleast 2 hours. Then grind it in a mixer.

Boil 2 potatoes. Then peel it and cut in small pieces.

Take oil in pan and set the burner.

Add salt, red chilli, heeng, ginger, green chilli to grinded moong dal mixture.

Then add potato pieces in it.

Now start putting small amount of this mixture with potato in the pan.

After frying in oil for some time, pakodi is ready.
