Ingredients

30 minutes
3 to 4 People
  1. 1/2 KgSmall onions
  2. For gravy masala extra 1 onion cutting are sliced
  3. 2 Tbspoil
  4. 1 Tspgreen fennel
  5. 1 Tspcumin seeds
  6. 1/2 Tspcoriander seeds
  7. 2dry hole red chilli
  8. 1/2 Cupfresh milk malai
  9. 2 Tbspwater
  10. For after cooking ingredients -
  11. 2 Cupswater
  12. 2 Tbspgreen chop coriander
  13. As Required spices
  14. 1 Tsp kasuri methi
  15. 1/2 Tspturmnic powder
  16. 1 Tspsalt or per taste you're choice
  17. 1 Tspred chilli powder
  18. 1 Tspgaram masala
  19. 1 Tspamchur powder
  20. 1last one is - serve with desi ghee chapati and garma garam

Cooking Instructions

    First small holes onions create two - two cut in the center but not proper cutting to keep the side next, add the gravy ingredients into hot oil just roast this for one minute.

    Or add in a mixer jar, blend it now add cream very little mix.

    Add the ready-mix masala in the same leftover oil into the kadai and cook well for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Then add salt, turmeric and red chili, coriander powder, mix cook again with a stir next 2 minutes after spreading the oil in the masala add water green chop the coriander gives a good mix cook continue.

    Last add small onions, and Kasuri methi mix cook on medium flame and cover the lid for 5 to 6 minutes properly cook it onions soaked in half gravy.

    Now check it out add garam masala, and amchur powder mix cook just a minute, and serve it. 👍🏻🙂
