Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsrice
  2. Fresh fish- cut into sizes
  3. Vegetable oil
  4. Carrot
  5. Green beans
  6. Green peas
  7. Hotdog - optional
  8. Fresh Tomatoes, pepper and onion
  9. seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cook the fish with desired ingredients. When done, separate fish from stock.

    Parboil the rice (I used rice cooker for this)

  3. 3

    Chop your carrot, green beans and green peas and keep aside

  4. 4

    Cut tomatoes, pepper and onions in bits and stir fry

  5. 5

    Add fish stock to the stir fry and cover for about 3mins

  6. 6

    Add parboiled rice and allow to cook

  7. 7

    Add ingredients as desired (incl jollof rice spice)

  8. 8

    When almost done add chopped carrot, green beans and green peas and allow to cook for about 5 min

  9. 9

    Serve and enjoy
