Wash and soak dal for 3-4hrs. Grind dal in thick consistancy. Keep it a side 4-5hrs.

Now chopped all vegetables. In chopper except spring onion. Grate potato and add all vegetables.chopped Spring onion ketchup red chilli sauce and schewan masala Mix well.

Now add salt asofoetida crush pepper and dry coriander in dal batter beat well.

Heat oil in a pan make a balls of vegetables coat with dal batter put in oil with spoon and fry till golden colour on mid slow flame. Ready to serve. Serve hot with Garlic cheese mayo dip. Garnish with ketchup. Tasty innovative lock down bomb is ready.
