Take orange juice and add all dry fruits. Soak for 2 hours

In deep pan take 2/3 sugar. On high flame melt it to make caramel. Switch off the flame gradually and add water. Cook for 5 minutes

Now sift all dry ingredients. In bowl. Mix oil and milk.mix add caramel.mix well, add dry ingredients to it. Add soaked dry fruits.

Mix well. Grease mould pour mixture in it. Decorate with cherry, dry fruits, tutti fruity. Preheat OTG on 180 degree. Bake for 60 minutes.

Serve hot. Enjoy the cake slice
