  1. 3large ripe avocados
  2. 1/2small onion diced
  3. 2Roma tomatoes diced
  4. 3 tablespoonsfresh cilantro finely chopped
  5. 1jalapeño pepper diced
  6. 2 clovesgarlic minced
  7. Juice from 1 lime
  8. 1/2 teaspoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Slice avocados in half,remove pit and scoop the pulp into a mixing bowl.

    Mash avocados with fork to your preference, chunky or smooth.

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients and stir together. Taste. Add additional salt or lime juice if needed.

  4. 4

    Serve with tortilla chips.

  5. 5

    Store in airtight container. Use within 2 days.
