Yakitori-style Crispy Chicken Skin Yakitori-style Crispy Chicken Skin
Honestly, I never used to enjoy chicken skins, so when I bought chicken breasts and boiled or made nuggets, I always removed and threw away the skins. But I kept thinking how wasteful that was so I came up with this recipe. Now I love crispy, crunchy chicken skins. The only point is to frequently wipe any oil rendered from the skins while pan-frying them. This will make them crispy. By the way, the pictures show 1 serving. Recipe by Kanpa-nyu!! cookpad.japan -

This is one of my favorite foods that my mom used to make. I didn't realize it was just simmered store-bought meat sauce that made it so good.It doesn't taste like meat sauce, though. Enhance this dish with vegetables.Use the meat sauce can to measure the water rinsing out the last bits of sauce.Turn the chicken frequently so it doesn't burn. Recipe by Amikope cookpad.japan -

It will be easier to form into balls. Recipe by Harukomachi cookpad.japan -

I got this from in a recipe book that came with my last microwave oven; I revised it to use the ingredients I had on hand.Warning: Store-bought curry powder is a blend of a wide variety of spices and is very convenient. But some brands contain salt. In this recipe I use curry powder without salt. Adjust the amount of salt accordingly. Recipe by Haruchamaru cookpad.japan -

Easy Chicken Nanban with Sushi Vinegar and Tartar Sauce Easy Chicken Nanban with Sushi Vinegar and Tartar Sauce
It takes some time and effort to make sweet vinegar sauce and tartar sauce from scratch. So I made this dish using store-bought sweet vinegar sauce and tartar sauce.Adding the marinated onion into the store-bought tartar sauce makes it more voluminous and gives it an extra crunchy texture. The marinated onion also makes this dish taste better, so please give it a try.I also added the milk to make the sauce thinner so that it coats the chicken well. Recipe by KaHal cookpad.japan -
