Ingredients

  1. 4 cupspeeled and diced potatoes
  2. 2 cupsdiced cooked ham
  3. 1/2 cupdiced celery
  4. 1/2 cupdiced onions
  5. 2 tspgarlic
  6. 1/2 cupdiced carrots (tiny cubes)
  7. 2 tbspchicken bouillon
  8. 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  9. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  10. Cream Mixture
  11. 1/4 cupbutter
  12. 1/4 cupflour
  13. 4 cupsmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Combine potatoes, water, ham, celery, and onion in a stockpot. Stir in chicken bouillon, pepper, and salt.
    Add just enough water to cover everything.
    Bring to a boil; simmer over medium heat until potatoes are tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
