Chicken:
1. Season chicken thighs
2. Fry in butter until golden brown; it doesn't need to be fully cooked.
Transfer the partially cooked chicken to a baking dish. - 2
Creamy Paprika Sauce:
1. In the same pan, with the remaining butter and chicken bits and seasoning, add butter, chopped garlic and onion. Sauté.
2. Add flour and stir until it's golden brown.
3. Add chicken broth, heavy whipping cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika.
4. Mix until you have a creamy sauce.
5. Pour the sauce over the partially cooked chicken in the baking dish. - 3
Baking Instructions:
Bake at 400°F until the chicken is fully cooked, and the sauce is bubbly and golden, which should take around 30-40 minutes.
For an extra cheesy touch, add more cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Finish it off by garnishing it with parsley.
Serve this delicious dish over white rice or mashed potatoes!
