Light and Fluffy Rice Flour Pancakes Light and Fluffy Rice Flour Pancakes
Rice flour pancakes are super moist. They taste great without any toppings. And since they're made from rice, they're satisfying, too There's really nothing to it, so give it a try.Since these may be on the sweet side, reduce the amount of sugar to taste.According to user " Kuma ", each pancake is about 120 kcal. Cornmeal Waffles Cornmeal Waffles
I am very lucky to live by a place that grinds fresh cornmeal, buckwheat and flour. If you cannot get cornmeal fresh, you can use regular cornmeal. This is not a heavy waffle. It is light and crisp. It is not too "gritty" because of the cornmeal. This is an old family recipe. Deneen Flowers -

Tray-bake Apple Cake Tray-bake Apple Cake
When I was a child, my mother always used to make this cake when apples were in season. You don't have to measure the ingredients exactly! You won't mess this up even if youjust roughly measure the ingredients using a cup!! Adjust the amount of sugar and lemon juice depending on the sourness of the apples you use. I used Fuji apples, but if you use baking apples, you may need to use about 1.5 times more sugar. Recipe by Megyumiruku cookpad.japan -
My Mother's Easy Madeleines My Mother's Easy Madeleines
This is my mother's easy madeleine recipe.Since you only need a few tools, it's not so difficult to make. If you knead the batter too much at the end, it becomes sticky, so be careful. Work gently. When you use salted margarine, it will taste more like country-style madeleines... For 10 in a madeleine pan. Recipe by Dark78 cookpad.japan
