    Wash and chop the lettuce, green pepper, cucumber and onion then then grate the carrot.

    Arrange them on a tray or plate add in the chopped fried tofu and serve.

  3. 3

    You can drizzle some oil and sprinkle some maggi on it and serve!

    I serve mine with jollof rice!😀😄
