Cooking Instructions

Heat olive oil in Dutch oven. Saute onion for a minute or so, then add turkey.

When turkey is almost done, add garlic, spices, salt, and pepper.

When turkey is no longer pink, add broth, tomatoes, and beans. Bring to a simmer.

Stir in pasta and cook according to package directions.

When pasta is tender, sprinkle cheese and parsley on top. Cover pot for 2 minutes to allow cheese to melt.

This is the first recipe from the 3 way mince and is quick and easy as the hard bit is already done. Serves 4 or 2 and 2 foils for rainy day plus one foil of chilli for jacket potato topping. Best to make this first with mince that has not been frozen then you can freeze remaining mixture.
