Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFlour
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 1/3 cupCocoa powder
  4. Salt 1/2tspn
  5. Baking powder 3/4tspn
  6. Baking soda1/2tspn
  7. 1Egg
  8. 1/2 cupMilk
  9. 1/4 cupOil
  10. 1/2 cuphot water
  11. Vanilla flavour 1tspn
  12. Condensed milk
  13. For the frosting
  14. 1 cupWhipped cream
  15. 1/2 cupCold water
  16. 1/4 cupMelted chocolate
  17. 1/4 cupCondensed milk

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve flour into a bowl, add sugar, cocoa powder. Baking powder, baking soda, salt and mix

    Add egg, milk, oil and vanilla, mix till well combine, add hot water and mix. Pour your cake mixture into your pan and bake for 25-30mins “180c or till stick come out clean

    Let the cake cool down completely, use fork and make holes all over the cake then pour condensed milk and freeze

    In a large bowl add whipped cream, cold water and vanilla, whip till stiff peaks foam add melted chocolate and condensed milk mix till well combine

    Frost the top of the cake with the whipped cream mixture and some melted chocolate. serve chill.
