Ingredients

30 minutes
1 or 2 People
  1. 300 mlleftover Beef Gravy or Lamb Gravy
  2. 1000g/ 1Kg leftover roasted Parsnips
  3. 500 gleftover roasted Carrots
  4. 500 gleftover cold and cooked mashed potato
  5. 8heaped tsp. Lamb Gravy Granules
  6. 600 mlboiling hot water
  7. 200 gcold cooked Roasted Lamb pieces

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 8 and then place the 300ml of leftover Beef Gravy in the bottom of a shallow Skillet - could use a Tray Bake Tin - and then place the leftover cold cooked Roasted Parsnips and Carrots in the Skillet as well

    Add blobs of leftover cold cooked mashed potatoes over the top

    Bake in the oven at Gas Mark 8 for 30 minutes

    About 5 minutes before the end of cooking time boil cold tap water in the Electric Mains Kettle - place 8 heaped teaspoons of Bisto Lamb Gravy Granules or Beef Gravy Granules in a large mixing bowl and then pour 600ml boiling hot water over the Gravy Granules and then stir with a Dessert Spoon and then place the 200g of cold cooked Roasted Lamb pieces in the very hot Gravy too heat through the Lamb pieces and then only add the Lamb pieces too the rest of the served Dinner

Does not have to be from leftovers . Hot - freshly roasted Vegetables can be placed in Skillet , add Gravy and then place hot cooked Mashed Potatoes over the top and then crisp up the top of the Mashed Potatoes in the oven
