Get rid of the leaves on the celery and cut them to short pieces. Chop the garlic and cut the the chicken breast to skinny strips.

Leave the chow fun in a microwavable container and microwave for 2 minutes. This step can soften the noodles, so they don't break to crumbles during stir-fry.

After 2 minutes microwaving, sperate the noodles to big chunks. Then microwave for another 2 minutes. Separate the noodles to strips.

  4. 4

Add the cooking wine and keep stirring for another minute. Add Chinese celery and keep stirring.

  6. 6

After celery gets soft, turn to low heat. Add the noodles. Stir evenly. Then add the spice mix.

  7. 7

Keep stirring, so the spice gets on the noodles evenly. If the noodles absorb oil and the dish seems too dry, add 1/2 cup of water while stirring. Then it is ready to serve.
