Ingredients

  1. Chicken parts of choice and amount
  2. Chopped onions
  3. Ginger/garlic paste
  4. Spices and seasoning of choice
  5. Peppering
  6. Pepper mix
  7. Oil
  8. Seasoning
  9. Chopped onions
  10. Chopped onions and green pepper for garnishing
  11. 2 spoonsKetchup

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients from the first section and cook on meduim heat until chicken is soft

  2. 2

    Strain the cooked chicken until completely dry

  3. 3

    Next heat up oil and fry chicken until golden brown like this

  4. 4

    In a pan add oil, chopped onions and pepper mix and fry lightly

  5. 5

    Season the pepper mix lightly to avoid over seasoned dish

  6. 6

    Add fried chicken, some of the stock of chicken and cover for 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Lastly garnish with green pepper and onions and cook for another 2 minutes. Add ketchup for a bit of sweetness

Tried this, and it came out so well😍
My peppered chicken always turns out dry. Who would have thought that adding just a bit of water would have made such a difference ✨
