Ingredients

  1. 1full chicken, killed and dressed
  2. Fresh pepper, blended
  3. Onions, blended
  4. Seasoning cubes and salt
  5. 1 cupVegetable oil
  6. Spice mix
  7. Garlic and ginger paste

Cooking Instructions

    Spice up your chicken with the seasoning cubes, salt, spice mix and garlic paste.

    Cover and put in the fridge to marinate over night

  3. 3

    Spread on a foil paper and put into a preheated oven for 40 mins to 1hr. Check for doneness.

  4. 4

    In a pot, fry your pepper and onions. Season to taste.

  5. 5

    Pour in your fried meat, stir till it's coated with the sauce.

  6. 6

    Serve with a chilled bottle of beer while watching your favourite team play.
