Ingredients

  1. Chicken cut into parts
  2. Chicken cube seasoning
  3. Dry garlic
  4. Black pepper
  5. Salt which may be optional since using soy sauce
  6. Soy sauce
  7. Chopped onions
  8. Fresh basil
  9. Oil to Marinate
  10. For the Sauce
  11. Chopped onions
  12. Grinded habenaro pepper
  13. Cubeseasoning
  14. Salt
  15. And little oil
  16. Onion ring for garnish And basil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut wash And pat chicken mix in your Marinade And freeze for 24 hours.

    Take off the Marinade. Allow juice to drain.

    Heat pan add some oil... And allow to Heat. Place chicken in pan And allow to sear well. Then cook through for 20-25mins.

    Use a kitchen thermometer to check if you have.

    Set aside if done.

    In another pan. Heat oil. Add onions And allow to fry. Add salt then your grinded habenaro pepper. Allow to cook for 5mins. Add cubes seasoning And adjust taste.

    Put in your chicken And allow to mix well. Garnish with onions And basil
