Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppohe
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1chopped chilli
  4. Halfchopped capsicum
  5. Halfchopped tomato
  6. leavesSome chopped corriander
  7. 1 spoonlemon juice
  8. 1 spoonsugar
  9. 1 tspmustard seeds
  10. leavesSome curry
  11. Salt according to taste
  12. 1 spoonoil
  13. Halftsp turmeric powder
  14. Halftsp coriander powder

Cooking Instructions

    First rinse pohe two times and strain it and keep aside.

    Then heat the kadhai and pour one spoon oil and add mustard seeds,curry leaves stir it.

    Then add chopped onion and chilli,stir again then add half chopped tomato and half capsicum.Roast it nicely.

    Then add turmeric and corriender powder, sugar. stir it again.

    Then add pohe and mix it nicely then sprinkle salt and lemon juice and some chopped corriander leaves. Mix it well.Roasting three minutes in sim flame thenturn off the gas.

    Serve hot after garnishing with namkeen. 💓😘
