Cooking Instructions

Cut your onion into thin slices, keep aside. Cut the potatoes in slices and put plenty oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes.

Stir fry the potatoes until it's deep fried. Then add the sliced onion and stir until the onion starts to get very golden.

Once they're well fried, remove them from the oil and reserve in a container for a moment.

In a container add the egg, salt, black pepper, garlic and maggi. Stir it until all the ingredients blend well. Then add the potatoes with onion along with the eggs and stir well.

Grease your frying pan with oil or olive oil. Pour the recipe in the frying pan and spread it. Cover and cook for 5-10mins on low heat. Turn the other side and cook for 5mins (max).

Ready to serve and enjoy.
