Ingredients

  1. Spring rolls sheet
  2. Stuffing
  3. 500 gramboil potatoes
  4. 100 gboil matar
  5. 1big size chopped onion
  6. 1 inchginger
  7. 4green chilli
  8. As required lemon juice
  9. 3- 5 garlic clove
  10. Fresh coriander
  11. 1 tspcumin seeds
  12. Pinchhing
  13. 3/4 tspgaram masala
  14. 2 tspCoriander powder
  15. As per taste salt
  16. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  17. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  18. 2 tspsugar powder
  19. leavesCurry
  20. As required oil
  21. As required maida paste

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan heat oil after the oil has been heated add in cumin seeds hing and mix it. Then add in finely chopped onion paste on medium heat and roast them.then add in potatoes. Peas and mix for 3 minutes. Add in a curry leaves.

    Then in salt in mix it. Add all spices.let it cool 15 minutes add in sugar. Coriander leaves and mix well. Now your samosa scuffing is ready.

    Take 4 samosa roti and roll and remove the sides part. Then cut the roti in 2×6 inch rectangle. To make samosa take the rectangle part of roti and fold samosa and stick it with help of maida paste.so that samosa is ready. Now fill in the samosa stuffing in samosa packets.

    Heat oil in a pan after oil been hot add in samosa and fry oil they are golden brown. Now remove samosa from oil and keep it out in tissue paper.

    Serve the samosa with ketchup.
