Ingredients

2 servings
  1. Rice
  2. Tomatoes, bell peppers, pepper, onions, ginger, green bell pepper
  3. Tomato paste
  4. Onions
  5. Garlic
  6. Maggi, bay leaves, ground all spice, curry, paprika)
  7. Salt
  8. Carrots
  9. Green beans
  10. Green bell peppers
  11. Butter

Cooking Instructions

    Blend tomatoes, belle peppers, ginger, pepper, onions green bell pepper 🫑 and set aside, wash your rice and soak in hot water for 20minutes

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pot and fry onion and garlic then add tomato paste and fry for 7 minutes then add your blended Pepper mix and fry

    Once is fried add your seasoning and spices (curry maggi ground all spice, bay leaves paprika) and salt

    Then add your washed rice and mix together thoroughly for 2 minutes, add hot water above rice level and Allow to cook

  5. 5

    Once it’s start boiling, cover with foil or nylon and reduce the heat to the lowest

  6. 6

    Once the water dries up, add your veggies (carrots, green beans, green pepper, onions) and butter, combine and cover again, don’t worry if it’s burning, allow the stream to soften the rice

  7. 7

    Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5minutes before you serve, enjoy!!
