Ingredients

  1. 11/2 CupMillet Paste
  2. Water(controlled)
  3. Honey as Per Taste

Cooking Instructions

    Dilute the paste with water,to get a med consistency (not too thick,not too ought),share into to parts

    Set flame on low

  3. 3

    Pour 1part into a pot,stir continuously,after 2mins,loosen it up by adding lil water,like 1/4Cup, continue stirring,after 2mins,add remaining part, gradually 2times, increase your tempo of stiriing at this point so you don't get a lumpy pap,you may add lil more water if you want a light pap,stir well

    Make sure flame is low as well

    Taste to see of any raw taste,cook till you taste and see it's properly done, without any raw taste

    You will get a smooth, slimy consistency

    Scoop into a bowl,add honey,stir, enjoy with Akara
