Ingredients

45 minutes
  1. 1 kgregular jada poha
  2. 1 kgoil
  3. 1 cuppeanuts
  4. 1 cuproasted chana dal
  5. 1 cupcashwes
  6. 2 tbspoon red chilli powder
  7. 1 tspoonkashmiri red chilli powder
  8. 2 tbspoon powdered sugar
  9. 1 tbspoon turmeric powder
  10. Salt as required
  11. 2 tbspoon amchur powder (dry mango powder)
  12. Chopped coriander leaves
  13. Curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in kadhai. Oil should be very hot and we have fry poha on high flame. Keep it on the strainer to take out excess oil

    Now in the same oil fry roasted chana dal, peanuts, coriander leaves, curry leaves one by one.

    Now take poha in big plate or parat, add all dry masala to it. Add peanuts, cashews, powdered sugar, salt, amchur.mix well

    Mixing is very important in this recipe. Mix gently all ingredients. Allow it to cool down completely, store it in air tight container to maintain its crispyness
